As I type, I type in anger. My face is obviously distorted with rage.

All my life, I have never seen a guy who gives so much attention to girls. Someone who is still struggling financially and still unable to find his bearing.
First, he works in a place as a supervisor, and given the nature of his job, he gets little money from work almost everyday since he does "Runs". It's a hotel job. This guy is someone that even if you ask him for 5hundred Naira, he would never have. Even if he has, he must complain before bringing it out. But as soon as a girl is coming to visit him, money suddenly falls from the sky into his pocket.
He doesn't call his fellow guys, male friend, can't help a male friend who is in distress but always swift to help girls. He can't eat properly but when a girl is coming, he gets everything needed to cook. The attention he gives to girls is really scary.
Yesterday, one of his girls was coming to visit him. Before then, he had about 40k plus. Money meant to balance his house rent of 160k. He had initially paid 120k three weeks ago. It against the policy of the landlord/tenancy agreement to pay incomplete rent, but the landlord had to accede to his plea three weeks ago since he promised to balance it after a week. The landlord has being calling and he keeps ignoring these calls. I was shocked to my bones yesterday morning when he told me that the landlord's daughter has been calling him and that she threatened to come embarrass him right in the house. My friend opened his mouth to tell me that His girlfriend was coming and he has no other money except the 40k balance of his rent and that if he pays now, he won't be able to host his babe. I was so angry that I left his house immediately. I refused to advise such a fool. He has always being like that, so no amount of advice was going to work. This is same girl he had once spoken to me about how old she is, and why he doesn't love her. A girl who isn't new to you. Someone you've being Nacking for some time now. I'm angry because we share same landlord. The landlord's daughter is the caretaker of the apartment and she's very very rude and disrespectful. Before any of those girls come to visit him, they will ask if there's food in his house. As close as we are, do you know that if I'm hungry and I go to him to ask if he cooked, he will tell that his babe is on the way and she's coming to eat the remaining food. I've since stopped asking him for such kinda help. I have confirmed that the guy is a simp. Worse than a simp. He's lost.
Why are some guys like this?. This is just one out of many guys out there. It's so sad.
I don't advice a foolish person cos I don't talk much and I respect every word that comes out of my mouth. I won't waste my advice.

Before I had my own apartment, I had taken a lady to a guy's house to sleep with, only just once. Since then, I stopped. Only hotel or in their own houses. I find it insulting to myself to take a lady to another man's house. I don't borrow to impress a lady either. I won't go outta my way to impress a woman I'm not in a serious relationship with. The way this guy tries so hard to impress these good-for-nothing girls is something really scary.

Bros stop crying more than the bereaved. Na you the caretaker go insult? Leave him to his fate and move on. Majority of us get such friends and we know how to handle them. The only way never to feel cheated by such a friend is to pay them by their coin. But once again, let's not forget say the money na he own and he can decide to squander it anyhow he wants. I understand your pain but try to overlook it and take him for who he is.
