I hope this message finds you all well.

I am reaching out to share my experience with Augustine Kalu Ebu aka Austano2020 regarding a transaction for an iPhone 13 Pro Max CU. The details of our communication can be found in the screenshots attached.

On January 27, 2024, I chatted with Austano2020 for a 13promax. He mentioned that the phone had only one dead pixel on the screen and had not been opened or worked on. To confirm, I inquired further through our chats, and he assured me that the only issue was a single dead pixel.

After making the necessary payment, I received the phone and discovered that the back had been opened, evident from adhesives around the edges of the back glass. Additionally, contrary to the information provided, there were two dead pixels on the screen.

Upon sharing my concerns with Austano2020, I received no response. Despite my efforts to address the issues, the next day, the phone started displaying flashes of a white screen whenever it vibrated.

I kindly request the assistance of the community to communicate with Austano2020 on my behalf, urging him to either refund my money or provide a replacement, as I am dissatisfied with the current condition of the phone.

For transparency, I have attached screenshots and evidence of all our conversations below.

I am reaching out to share my experience about a purchase of an alienware Alienware 17 R3 with this specs
•Core i7-6700HQ | Quadcore ~3.5GHz
•12GB DDR4 RAM
•512GB SSD + 1TB HDD
•8GB Nvidia GTX 980M
•17.3" Screen | 4K resolution | 400 Nits Brightness
•Backlit Keyboard & Trackpad
From the person with the userename Finest0007. He mentioned we need to make down payments for the laptop as it cost 500,000 naira and it is on its way to nigeria. So we paid 400,000 naira on october 20, 2024.
He then chatted us up requesting we pay up on the rest as the laptop is almost available and since it was not the first time buying from him we completed payment of 100,000 nair on September 26, 2024.
He then stated that the workstation was delivered with a faulty screen in November and he would see if he can fix it and then stopped communicating only to respond after so many complains. Then promised to refund, collected account no and stop communicating again.
Then after some back and forth paid back 200,000naira on January 15, 2025 promised to complete and then dissappears to come back april 18, 2025 again to say he has fixed the Alienware and we are to pay an additional 150,000naira to collect the alienware or we wait till he make sales as it is not fair for him to sell at same price since he had to to fix the Alienware. Which is also unfait on our side as he as been holding on to our funds since September and yet to pay back the money in full as he still holds on to 300,000 naira.
We have begged pleaded and that he should just refund but he has refused to. While also refusing to communicate.
I kindly request the assistance of the community to communicate with Finest0007 on my behalf, urging him to refund the money left as we no longer interested in doing business with him.
