I bought redmi 14c last week and realized from day one that as soon as I unplug the phone, 1% of the battery must be reduced...

And every 4 minutes of usage, 1% of the phone's battery must drain/reduce....


I lodged complaint at xiaomi's care center. They told me that it is normal after much arguments I was asked to register the phone that a software would be installed on it to stop the battery drainage....

I returned to the care center yesterday to find out the problem has not been solved....



My question is this, is it normal for a brand new phone's battery to be draining fast like this? EVERY 4 MIN 1% MUST GO

My samsung fold 6 (bought brand new in March) suddenly developed a green line on the inner screen yesterday.

It didn't fall as I've been very careful with the way i use it.

Most people I've asked said thr solution is to change the entire inner screen.

At this point, I want to sell as it is ir swap.

It's faulty though lack a WiFi, hotspot and Bluetooth
