First of all that is a civil court (I wonder why they were speaking Igbo if the court is supposed to be in Lagos?). Secondly, it wasn't prostitution! The man sent the lady money for transportation with the expectation that he would be able to seduce her. As for solicitation for the purpose of prostitution (the man) and prostitution (the woman), those are criminal cases and the police must gather evidence, the police would have a very hard time getting evidence to go to court because it was NOT "N30k for sex", it was "N30k to come to my house and we would see what happens after" - under the law, there is a big difference between the two.
