I lived 3 months alone before having a co tenant. We were fine until recently, she started behaving weird. Last night, I came back and noticed my tap turned off. At first, my woman told me that the water might have finished but I suspected that someone might have turned it off so I went outside and low and behold, the tap leading to my kitchen is turned off same as the one from the tank direct. I told my woman that my neighbor did that but my woman assumed neighboring children could be responsible. I became angry and shouted to my neighbors hearing. We are just two in the compound. We do water pumping turn after the other and it's her turn now. The reason for her turning off my tap is very strange to me.

Why not approach your neighbor and directly inquire about the reason for her turning the water off?

Some neighbors can be so wicked; they’ll dislike you for no reason or even without you ever offending them. The best thing you can do is to avoid unnecessary contact with them, keep your peace of mind intact, and focus on living your life happily without letting their negativity drain you.

Maybe she feels you are wasting water since it's her turn to pump!

Does she live alone? If she does then maybe she feels it’s unfair that she has to pump when there are two of you using the water. The only solution is to talk to her and update us on what she says.

Just keep ignoring it. I remember when my sister first got married, there was a woman in the same compound who had three children from different fathers. For no reason at all, she developed hatred towards my sister. She would constantly insult and abuse her, but my sister always turned a deaf ear to her provocations.

Things later took a darker turn when this woman decided to use juju against my sister. But as fate would have it, the charm backfired on her. If you don't have the balls to call her to order stop disturbing NL with your stories. Except you both have some unfinished business I see no reason why you should be avoiding confrontation with someone who clearly shows you that you don't deserve any respect even in the presence of your woman.
