What's worse is Seun is not aware that some people are going about reporting posts so they are deleted, meaning old threads that should be his valued intellectual property are being decimated and made to be meaningless.

Just imagine, your old posts in a conversation are deleted and can't be read no more. Kind of kills the integrity of Nairaland, I'd think.

Well, nothing lasts forever... undecided

Would you blame a man for getting old and dying?

What people fail to realize and take into consideration is that nl is gradually becoming obsolete.

Except nl evolves with the times in a few years time it would be like "2go".

It is what it is!

Don’t mind them. They will be here in the next two years with another Nairaland Is Dying thread. The forum is dying, yet they don’t want to abandon it.

The thing controls the few trolls who the spambot can’t catch. Forty characters are simple to think up. Many people are creative with the protocol.

I will never be scared to say the truth, if he or his illiterate bots like they should ban from now till tomorrow. Chicken out from saying the truth shows the cowardice in people's mentality especially blacks.

Why wouldn't it?

Even when you take out time to write comments, one silly person/bot will ban you for unknown reason. No wonder responsible people have drawn back and those visiting don't waste their time commenting on a forum where their efforts will be deleted.

I have been on this forum since 2012 and can confidently say Nairaland is now a ghost of itself!!!

DELETE IT IF YOU WISH!

You guys are the cause of this, you kept allowing trolls to do as they please in here without reporting them for their bad behaviours... Had you taken matters into your own hands and did what was right, nairaland wouldn't be where it is today, but many of you unfortunately enjoyed watching them making innocent people's lives miserable, I remember back then when I was still using my previous account, I had three trolls following me with their main aim being just to troll every post that I made and many of you were hyping them... So Seun had no choice but to implement tough restrictions after receiving countless complaints.

NL would die if there was a better competitor tailored for Nigeria and there's none for now

For Nigeria to move forward, Nairaland must also die.
Nairaland is now a den of propaganda , social engineering and anti-free speech. Dare say anything against Tinubu, just anything, either criticism, or curse or even if it's constructive, anything that paint him negative will condemn you immediately to ban and your post deleted. That's dictatorial.
Nairaland is now a platform of dictatorship where draconian rules have been forced into their algorithm to make everyone align with their obnoxious conditioning.
I will be surprised if this post is not banned. Nonsense. Take it or leave it, this is the beginning of its end.
