Instead of refund just market the house here for sublet, some guys will go for it happily , you can even add agent fee ... people like childofthedoom i can't remember his username... will gladly add this to his profile .

The major problem is that I can't even rest at night. Always nosiy. My next door neighbour always come at odd hours asking for charger. And in the morning the nature of G strings I see makes me sick. Though have gone. For refunds.
