If there is a chat where he said and stated cstegorically.. i will marry you . You might have a point.. but romantic chats or i love you chats wont win you any case of broken marriage promise.

Also even if a promise was made to marry you.. there is also a defense of cheating /reduced love from you/ poor attitude /lies and deceit... like finding out you had a child, that you are infertile, , not emotionally stable, flirting with other men and even in another relation ship ... to back out of the promise.. so promise to marry hardly ever wins... you have to be near perfect to pull it out.

Doris can never win this case.. chris lawyers can say chris later found out she was still married to her ex husband, was sleeping around, and didnt see her as a faithful woman because she was commiting adultery when she was still married.. A good lawyer can even turn the case against her that doris wasted his clients time and decieved his client

That is why you don't rush into promising someone of marriage. Law does not have excuse. When you default then you should pay the price.

No one said you cant sue.. anybody can sue for anything . But can you prove promise.. i love you isnt promise.

Its very different from a woman who defrauds a man with the promise of coming to visit and doesnt show up. Once you collect and recieve that money , you are already in a transaction and you must deliver or refund.or face law. Collecting money and not showing up is fraud. Money makes it binding

a). If she refuses, who is in breach of contract?

b). If she agrees, will she sleep with her two eyes closed in the marriage because the marriage is already heading to the rocks?

It is always better to move on.

Nobody's saying pictures and sex prove anything (as if you're meant to keep evidence of sex). We're talking about anything that can be used from your communication - be it text or picture or whatnot - so deduce that a promise to marry was made. Or witnesses.

But you can make your own law and write it there that when people are getting engaged, they must call a lawyer to write an agreement for them or video the man saying "I will marry you" for any action to succeed.

Unless you are able to prove that they purposely deceived you with that promise.

2. That you survived a tangible loss as result of the deciet.

For example, a person who is already married or has a fiance promised another person marriage and the other person bought a house or cars for them thinking they have a future together.

If you cannot prove they purposely deceived you or some sort of fraud. You have no case.

Anyone can genuinely promised you marriage and later changed their mind for whatever reasons.

Mention one successful man, you know that was lifted by a woman, even on an average level? Am sure You won't be able to Mention anyone. But can we say thesame for the hundreds of women who's life has being changed by many men, women who have been shifted from poverty to comfort.
