They are all chasing after rich guys and the rich guys are only about 15% of the population, imagine 90% of ladies chasing after 15% of men, meaning once you hammer as a guy you have about 50 ladies eyeing you for relationship or marriage, very very beautiful ladies some are decent ,some are freaky and all of them are willing to give you the only thing they have to offer which is towtow my brother commitment go dey hard for you because you have so many options you become confused. The guys they always go after are guys that have many options and by the end of the day he will choose the best among them and dump the rest. No matter how broke you are as a guy it is easier for you to find love and happiness than an average Nigerian lady they are damn depressed |

Girls think grown men, especially working men are always looking for sex. When you get to a stage in life, sex is not a priority, especially from just anybody. This is why comfortable, well to do men easily treat women like dirt. Especially those that have nothing of substance to offer, because sex isn't a priority to them. |

As a rich guy who wants to marry, you better disguise to be poor and less flashy. That's the only way you can sift genuine women who are truly interested in you from the pool of ladies in the dating market. When I was searching for a wife, I was working as a pharmacist in a private establishment. I came across many ladies; including those in healthcare, but many of them didn't want to take me serious just because I was working in the private sector and earning less. However, I met my now wife in the same establishment and she showed genuine interest in me despite her being young and beautiful. Unlike before, I experienced true care for the first time from her. She'll call me and spend time talking and listening to me unlike previous relationships where talking to ladies felt monotonous. Anytime I called her, she'll pick up her calls and if she missed my calls she called back immediately she saw my missed calls. That was how we built strong connection and I didn't waste any time in marrying her. Now, her presence in my life has been a blessing as I have changed job from private to a gainful government employment. For this reason, I had to give her a memorable wedding despite the current economic situation of the country. |

Op why are you sounding surprised please? From the days of Adam and Eve, women have always preferred already made men to struggling men and you cannot blame them because that is how God created them, ask me how? God did not create Adam and Eve the same day so that they can labor together to build the garden of eden and enjoy the fruit together, instead God created Adam first and placed him in the garden alone to labor alone until Adam became very comfortable and blessed with material things such that his only problem became loneliness and boredom, that was when God realized that Adam needed a company, a home keeper a help meet, and God made Adam to fall deep asleep and took his ribs to mold a woman called Eve for Adam. If you read the Bible very well, God took special time and effort to make sure Eve was well molded in a way she would look enticing to Adam, and when Adam woke up and saw Eve beside him, he was so excited to see the beautiful damsel, the wonderfully made creature God placed beside him and he named her Eve, the bone of his bone and flesh of his flesh. Adam would have rejected Eve if Eve wasn't looking sweet, beautiful, hot and appealing to him, this is why men are not usually concerned about how much a woman has or worths or how rich or famous she is when picking a girlfriend, lover and even wife except of recent that human influence has started changing the way some men do this. Originally, men are mostly interested in a woman's physical looks first, her sexiness, her beauty, her hotness and her feminine aura more than her financial or material worth while the women are mostly interested in how comfortable and financially buoyant a man is first before any other quality. These things are our natural traits, dont blame the ladies or the men, its the difficult economic condition of the world that is making some men to even consider a woman's financial or material worth before considering her for romance or marriage, ordinarily, it was not supposed to be so. Men care mostly about a lady's physical beauty first, character, respect and submission second, before any other quality, while women cared about comfortability, financial and material worth first before a man's physical looks, character, etc. If you and I were to be ladies too, we will act the same way. The few ladies who act differently could have learned their lessons from past experiences or from their siblings or were rarely gifted from birth to be that way, that doesnt make those other ladies that get attracted to men first because of their financial or material possession worthless women, no, they are not. My only advice to ladies is to show empathy and decorum knowing how today's Nigerian economy is and how life has become more difficult for men than in the past. In your desire to date or marry a rich or financially successful guy, just be reasonable and dont be overly greedy, arrogant, prideful, entitled and foolish about it, be reasonable, be empathetic and be considerate while desiring what you desire, thats all. |

This kind of thinking oversimplifies people and relationships. Yes, some women prioritize financial stability, just as some men prioritize beauty or youth. But reducing all women to "chasing rich men" and saying their only offer is sex ignores the reality of healthy relationships. There are wealthy men who struggle to find genuine love because they don't know who's interested in them versus their money. There are also broke men in happy, committed relationships with supportive partners. Likewise, there are financially successful women who also face disappointment in dating. The idea that "once a man makes money, commitment becomes hard because he has too many options" isn't a money problem—it's a character problem. Plenty of successful men remain faithful, and plenty of broke men cheat despite having far fewer options. Love isn't a marketplace where one gender has it easy and the other is doomed. Both men and women face rejection, heartbreak, unrealistic expectations, and pressure from society. Instead of blaming an entire gender, it's more productive to recognize that the right relationship is built on shared values, mutual respect, trust, and emotional maturity—not just money, looks, or the number of people in someone's inbox. bigpriik: |
