@Seun, So your heart was pricking you this past week and you picked up a copy of the Holy Book to read! We sha must to hear am anytime you dey have your issues of the heart. Nothing spoil, God sabi reach you wherever you dey. In any case, na only David and Joshua you sabi read about? Why do you believe that biography and yet thumb your nose at clear passages that address your need such as John 3:16 - For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whosoever believes in Him will not perish but have everlasting life! Why are you trying to justify your rebellion by such true stories, and yet ignore the story of the greatest Emissary of all time whose mission was clearly defined in 2 Corinthians 5:19 - To wit, that God was in Christ, reconciling the world unto himself, not imputing their trespasses unto them; May God continue to prick your heart and eventually have His way with you. |

Why do people always feel the need to stomp-the-christian? I love the genocidial maniac and it only goes to show that even though King David was an imperfect man, a "genocidial maniac", and an adultere, God still chose him. The moral of the story is that no matter what we've done in the past, if we believe and depend on God alone, he's willing to use us too, just like he used David. |

I long for the day someone would boldly put up a thread about the genocidal maniac called Muhammad without the fear of a ban. So i guess Seun was a bit right after all. King David was a brutal killer. Saul had promised the killer of Goliath his daughter’s hand and has to make good, but he decides to demand a dowry of 100 Philistine foreskins for her, thinking that David will be killed. Instead, David presents Saul with 200 foreskins, so Saul is forced to give David his daughter, Michal, for a wife. isnt FORESKINS what we know as joysticks? |
