very funny @ op, But its a big lie, sperms cant be stored in a freezer, a spermatozoa has a particular temp not more not less. many times we men our sperm gets destroyed and replaced by our body. we have up to millions of spermatozoa in a sperm, its not true that they can be stored in the freezer. in the hospital where artificial insemination is carried out therre is a special machine with a constant temp for storing sperms. even in america there is sperm banks. Basically u cant store sperms in ur freezer |

HisRib:exactly.infact i learnt how they do it is by drugging the mans drink with sleeping pills or drugs that make a man pass out immediately after sex before sex so that after sex he will be too tired to clean up or dispose the sperm inside the condom and bam! They are off when the man wakes up after sex and remembers everything that happens before the act unfortunatly the lady is gone 1 Like |

Well looks like this whole sperm theft is also beneficial to men as well. Wednesday, 4 December 2013 Court has ruled a woman tricked a man into thinking she was infertile and then “stole his sperm” to get pregnant, Tel Aviv, Israel. Judge accepted the man’s version that the woman told him she was infertile and persuaded him not to use contraception. She was ordered to pay her ex-partner NIS 110,000 ($31,000) in damages. The milestone verdict in the city’s Magistrate’s Court last week is a break with previous so-called sperm theft rulings. Courts have typically rejected petitions by men seeking exemption from providing child support because they had not anticipated pregnancy. The case involves a man and the women who had a sexual relationship ten years ago. The man brought the case to court claiming his ex-partner had persuaded him not to use contraception because she was infertile. He detailed fertility treatments she had undergone. The relationship ended after two years and the man went on to meet another women. On the eve of his wedding to the new woman, his ex-partner told him she was pregnant. When he refused to recognize paternity, she pursued child support in court. He was compelled to pay by previous rulings, but the legal battle lasted for years until a new judge ruled in his favor. The man charged in court that in pursuing recognition and child support, his ex-partner harassed his family and “destroyed everything” he had built. She denied all his claims but Judge Hannah Yenon found his story more convincing. “The plaintiff did not anticipate that the defendant would become pregnant and genuinely believed that she was infertile,” Judge Yenon wrote in her verdict. “The behavior of the defendant constitutes the commission of an unjust act of ‘sperm threat.’” The judge offered some reprieve to the defendant reducing the compensation sought by the plaintiff saying she does not deserve “full weight of blame.” Even though the chances of conception seemed “slim,” he should have considered the possible outcome of having s*x with her without using contraception. The judge ruled the woman pay the defendant NIS 75,000 ($21,000) in compensation, and an additional NIS 35,000 ($10,000) penalty for invasion of privacy. ------- By why is this being considered sperm theft? The sex was consensual. So stupid. |

This is just so dumb...First off Domestic Freezers ain't cold enough to ice them weelies...Second you can't just inseminate yourself without professional supervision and with them experts you still have to do retakes because failure rate can be high[The Natural way is always underestimated].Not to mention of going it alone with a half-quart ounce of Domestic- frozen-tired out-half dead weelies,The odds will be 1000000:1 chance for the lady to get knocked up,i sh*t you not***Spits a thick wad of tobacco stained oogulum and rides his Horse away from topic |
