Zenith bank is the best bank for business guys who want the best of services and world class customer care. No queue, prompt attention, 5mins turnaround time, easy access to facilities provided you satisfy the requirements, and so much more.

The zenithdirect online customer service is currently the best in the industry, no bendgates.

Having its customers best interests at heart all the time, zenith banks charges are transparent, low and pocket friendly when compared with other banks. E.g., you will get your token for as low as N1000 (can you beat that?).

Ever used Zenith bank's eazymoney app? Anyway, just imagine yourself stranded in a village with no internet access or recharge card sellers. All you need to do is dial *966*amount# and your phone will be recharged immediately. Thats a first in Nigeria.

U must be a Zenith bank staff with dis comment. But opening account with Zenith is very expensive, I was told once 50k for savings and 100k for current, I didn't even bother listening to the remaining explanations.

All the banks operate under thesame (MPR) Policy, Customer service is relatively different (individual diff play here). And U see, Most bank employees are contracted (they work like elephants and eats like ants). This is evident in d treatments u get..... I'll advice u to consider proximity, in ur choice of Bank and then try to relate with an insider who wud device a means to help u on emergency bases....... Dats my candid advice ok, buddy.

I never had any business with Eco Bank until I started buying goods from Lagos from a Wholesaler who banks with Eco. To pay in money for him was war...Network palaver!, queue reach outside bank, etc.

UBA no dey use eye see customers balance, na so dem go dey deduct deduct. 2day na tax, 2moro na alert charge, next na charge-on counter-withdrawal, na wa ooo. My phone numbr still dey receive bank alert for one Alhaji for Kano. I no knw as I go take tell dem say na wrong numbr. I don complain 2 dem tire to change am.

For Zenith bank, u must be a millionaire or a politician b4 dem go treat u like customer.

Union bank na Pensioners bank. If u attempt to do bizness wit dem, u go wait tire for line until they attend to all the worn-out dying pensioners mk pple no label u as disrespectful lad

First Bank and Diamond are on point. I recommend 'em for any one, any time, any day!

There's one bank I'll never advised my enemy to bank with: Eco Bank. They're thrash!!!

ECOBANK... World record for most unreliable bank.
.
.. Most disappointing ATM in World history.

Made me pay late registration for skul fees wen i was in school...

kept my Lawschool fees for a week on air as a result of poor transfer network..

i hope their insultive workers are on Nairaland to see my comment and change...

Although i still bank with them for sad proximity sake.

ECOBANK... THE PAN AFRICAN RUB*ISH

Last year towards the end of my youth service,we needed a statement of account to process our passing out. I went to the bank forcefully imposed on me by my local NYSC Oga (ecobank).
The lady in charge told me I had to pay 600 naira into the acc, which I responded that the acc still had abt 5k in it she just ignored me so I was forced to pay into the acc. That turned out to be the least of my sorrows that day.
After paying and filling the forms offered she suddenly came up and said my signature did not tally.
She gave me a sheet of paper and made me sign like 50 times! I kept begging her to let see the reference signature bit she declined. I then showed her my other identification cards including my international passport but she still declined
I left and came back the next day and was put through the same paces. By this time I was frustrated and started threatening them, until I was joined by other corp members.
The branch manager finally agreed to show me the reference signature! To my amazement, what was missing was a dot I add which was on the new signatures but was faint on the one on their computer due to their own scanners resolution! Out of anger I forced other corp members to look at the difference
Thankfully a retired justice was I'm the banking hall, who rebuked them and threatened to take it up before I was finally given my acc statements ( it's the ikwerre road branch I'm PH city)
