1. 1 lb. ground beef or venison (75% lean) 2. 1 cup oat meal or rolled oats (uncooked) 3. 1 medium onion (finely diced) 4. 2 tablespoons minced roasted garlic 5. 1 large egg 6. 1/2 cup of dark beer NO wait - that's the ingredients for meat loaf but it is somewhat the same thing - the individual ingredients are OK by themselves but the combination of ingredients is great !!!  |
