Premise borders on a girl who chats up her bestie to say she's been jilted.
The bestie consoles her and promises to set up a group chat between the trio to iron things out.
She'd be more like the mediator.

Well Heartbroken girl receives the shock of her life at the climax of the conversation when Jakes (boyfy) alludes to the fact the He's now seeing Mediator.

I'll play the role of mediator.

I was going to tow the guy wooing girl line, but that's kinda cliche

So, the endgame is Andre eventually makes up with Pam, but not before they talk about their grievances in the whole ish.
Now keep in mind that Andre still loves Pam, but is trying to see if things can go his way.
Pam loves Andre too, but feels things could be a lot better between them (no thanks to her Idealistic nature).

In the end, one way or another, they should reach a healthy compromise.
Okay?

One more thing.
