Pained about what? It was you that was personal with your initial post. That i quoted you doesn't in any sense of it mean I'm pained! In fact was trying to let you know the implication of your comment. I repeat you hardly see a man who doesn't look or admire other women even when they have the most beautiful woman as girlfriend or wife. Men are configured to admire women every time and I'm pretty sure you must have experienced this yourself

It's good to show concern to your gf/bf or wife/husband, but when the person in question ask you to give him/her a space it's better to let the person be. They have their reasons, it's either they don't want to bother the person or maybe they just want to cool down a bit. And believe me after that they will come around when they must have calmed down.
