If it didn't come with its own software you can use the default windows CD writing for data, windows media player for writing music to CD or get the Nero suite/any other CD/DVD writing suite.

hi house, i av a Toshiba v7/516LMDW i wantd to use the usb port to chrge my phone nt knwin that the cord is faulty since then i it as lines or dots on screen i av tryd to change the screen and flex without succes i bliv its the video card wat do u tink and wat can i do. I stay io ibadan. Thanks for your help

there are many softwares like nero, roxio, ashampo, .i will recommend ashampo because it light and easy to burn disk.

changing usb port is not a joke OOo

Yes! U will ave ur files intact! But some of ur installed applications might be acting up! Please make sure ur PC specs is up to the task in other to avoid stories that touch and about lagging abd bugs!

VLC is just a universal Video player bro! U can't use them to burn Dics really. Make usee of Power ISO or Ashampoo! The two burning apps are Awesome! U can roll wwithh any!

1. the problem u av wit does programs is compatibility problem. And maybe bit problem also like trying to install 32bit software on 64bit it won't work.
So u need to answer dis question b4 we can provide any soln.
Check if u are runing a 32bit system or 64bit.
2. About upgrading, in nigeria no easy oo because of our network. Unless u are going to get d upgrade software.

Lol!! I actually upgraded my Pc from 8.0 to 8.1 with our own naija based ISP ~Adenuga own~. It was fast and takes just 4-5 hrs!!

Been trying to install MS Office 2013 on a freshly installed Win 7, 64bit but I keep getting "Microsoft setup bootstrapping error". I Purchased d office software from a local vendor. I've tried cleaning registry using d ccleaner app; deactivated security softwares. Eachtime, the installation progress bar starts retracting after it gets to the finishing end. Somebody help, it's frustrating!

office 2003? It will never install because it window xp compatible not window 7 compatible.

Was considering using the pro once compared to the 8.1 single Lang have got. Later on I just lemme just let go. I aint using much of thr Pro features really that much , and when flashed for a pal. There aint really much noticeable difference!

Go to control panel>user account and family safety>user account then click on change user account control settings
