Well I read earlier in dis same thread and I also checked myself on cic website. And its only reasonable to count only working days. Because I want to believe its a job and they won't work on weekends. And some1 just asked if they work saturdays for online well it would seem that way to you but its actually still friday for the VO abroad because of the time diff. I will look for the link and post later

Don't be decieved CIC works only mondays to fridays...Have u ever seen american embassy working on saturdayCanada embassy does not work weekends.so u guys shuld be counting only week days on ur application...8 fullweeks is approximately 6 weeks of working days...so calculate wisely....

my sis got her medical call saturday 10:45am,her friend got request for passport 12pm same saturday on the 8 of dis month,can u please explain dat note am talking abt the online route

boss just calm down.I waited 8 full weeks to get medicals.8 full weeks is approximately 6 working weeks....so when calculating,calculate with working days which is monday to friday....

wen my sister was to book appointment for her study visa to US,they embassy said they have already sent her a mail,she called to tell dem she didn't receive the email and they insisted they have sent it.she got the mail 2 days late from the day they said they sent it....

I don't know why you are stressing this without fact/experience. I got mail from CIC on a Saturday, and also my refusal letter was dated same day. What kinda mails hangs in the air? CIC server ain't our crappy ISP. Don't conclude without experience. Peace
