please I need clarification on this. What is the process for collecting trv after you get a letter that I is approved for online applicants . someone said go to where you did biometrics with your passport.I would appreciate if someone who got their trv after online application outlines the steps. I need to know becos of flights. eg if it is the VAC you submit your passport to , how long does it take to get it back. Has anyone submitted to the embassy directly? really need to know the process due to flights. thanks |

| Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by MrArams: 2:31pm On Dec 01, 2014 |
monp:If you're not in lag then you have the option of sending your passport via courier to VFS, Google Canada vfs lagos. Visit their site, read the procedure for passport transmission service. You can mail or call them if you're not cleared with the outlined steps. Nobody visits the embassy anymore |

@pchax congratulations on your TRV please can anyone from the university of windsor confirm the following 1. how long does does it take the university to process an admission application. 2. if transcripts must be sent directly to the university or scanned copies are accepted. 3. if the letter of acceptance is sent via e-mail or regular post and if a deposit is required before sending the letter. |
| Re: Travelling To Canada Part 6 by pchax: 10:28pm On Dec 01, 2014 |
ezekuse:Thanks. Not collected my passport though. ![]() 1. Took slightly more than 2 months. 2. Send transcripts directly to Uni. Scanned copies are acknowledged but a decision on your admission wouldn't be made until you send the REAL thing. Signed and Sealed. 3. The letter of acceptance is sent via post but there is a way around it. It takes like 7 weeks after an offer of admission has been made. But I did not have 7 weeks to start processing my Visa. So I contacted the graduate studies secretary for my department to please scan the letter and send it to me via mail before she packages it to send via post. I used the scanned copy to process my subsequent Visa application. I received the physical copy of my admission letter like 3 weeks after I submitted my Visa application. Best of luck bro! |
