Don't know how to start


My teeth has a bad colour. It all started when I was young according to my mum, when I was 1yr and 6 months old I was very sick to the extent that I almost died. But luckily I didn't. Back then I had white teeth but the colour began to change gradually as a result of the ' BLOOD TONIC ' I was taking so it turned dark brown .

And the surprising thing about this is that normally as a kid I I'm supposed to lose some of my teeth; yea it happened but it was that same dark brown colour that grew again. instead of the normal white teeth..

For some years now I have been living wit it. I'm so ashamed of it that I hardly relate with my fellow male, not to talk of the opposite sex , so I decided to seek for you people's advice if there is any way physically possible for me to make the colour white again, or at least a bit brighter.

Please suggestions. Thanks

There are home remedies of brushing with charcoal and salt,,or using baking soda and lime you could try it...

Just brush your teeth and stay special.

this ur case serious o I see dark.. even black charcoal teeth.. but I've never heard of this one that grows dark from inside I think ur case is spiritual. u need to see the dentist and a pastor/imam, which ever one u are.

If you've been doing this, I am sorry to inform you that you have been wiping off your enamel. That "white shiny surface" you see under, gets even more dirty-brown than the enamel that you have washed away using this method.

Whitening your teeth involves "bleaching" the surface, and NOT scraping it away.

People please, for the sake of the future, go and see a dentist if you really want to whiten your teeth.

Go get a sand paper and scrape it

If it was the brown tooth that grew to replace the old ones... I do not think this method will work....

But I am still shocked about the brown teeth replacing the old ones part...

Your tooth grew up brown, I doubt they can be white

Well , I've seen a case of where drugs a pregnant woman took during pregnancy affected tooth development of the foetus..
The tooth Dev starts from 5th to 6th week of pregnancy, If the expectant mother takes tetracycline during pregnancy, the teeth of the foetus may be affected and become discoloured.
Most folks don't read the lil pamphlets that come with these drugs

Have you tried eating raw yam?. Eating uncooked yam 5 times daily works like magic






















On a serious note, I'll advice you go to a good dentist and change all of them to artificial teeth (very white).

stop smoking, brush teeth twice a day~morning and night~ with soft brush and use coconut oil to swish in your mouth for combined total of 20minutes every day before brushing.. Its good to spit out the coconut oil after it collects the germs in your mouth..

Coconut oil helps to loosen the material that sticks to the teeth to make stains, it also helps new tooth material to grow after long term daily use... It has helped to whiten my teeth more after i quit smoking.. If you dont brush teeth before bed at night and after waking, the green color from leafy vegetables and the red color from palm oil can combine with bacteria residue and gradually reside in the pores of the teeth and make staining and colorful plaque...

Emmm...you are literally scraping off your enamel ya no?

That iron tonic only discolours the outer layer so your best bet is to go to a professional to whiten your teeth for you. If you don't have any around bicarbonate soda can be used in brushing your teeth and lemon juice paste on other days. You can also mix the soda with salt and mashed up strawberries.

If you have the money I would recommend you to do a bit of research on a good home teeth whitening system with a small percentage of peroxide. Those without peroxide hardly do anything.
