People have different ways of preparing their snail but this is how I made mine this evening.

I used 3 big snails
Alum
G/oil
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onion
Maggi
Salt.

I removed the snail from Its shell by breaking it with a stone after which I washed it with alum.
I then cooked it with salt and onion for 30 minutes. While I was waiting for it to cook I used grinding stone to grind my tomatoes, pepper and half onion, I didn't make it too smooth.
I fried my snail for 5 minutes such that it didn't go dry(strong i mean, I just fried it off)
I sliced another onion (very little tho) and I prepared a sauce using my G/oil, my grinded tomatoes, pepper and onion, Maggi (a cube)and salt. I allowed it to cook for 5 minutes.
I added my snail and allowed it to steam for 10 minutes.............I then served my dad.
tanx a whole lot.u jst gave me a new weapon, lol.

Lovely, colourful pic, coco. I especially love the avocados!

What did you add to your fried egg? I'm assuming you've got some onions in there?

no onions. My Oga doesn't like undercooked onions. I've got tomatoes, mushrooms, sliced bell peppers, sweet peas and sweet corn.
Just a little of each.

Always use WATER to wash ur SNAil, it's better/stronger/healthier, if u use alum it won't be strong that much, and to think u'd still cook it/steam. Nah.

There u go! U TONEE on this reply SOUNDS HIGH. Anyways, just to let u know, when I said/ made water my subject matter, shud have signalled u that it's ONLY water U need!!!!
U don't need alum again!!! Wash it with ONLY, I repeat ONLY water. Untill it's clean. U'll thank Me Later
As I said earlier, Alum isn't Healthy!!! Plus it doesn't Make it STRONG!!!!
*in b4 I forget, using stone isn't even Nice / Cool, even if the stone is the type that doesn't come off, still not advisable. Rather u may want to think of using STRONG iron KNIFE, break d snail from the bottom, use the knie to push and squeeze it in, then u bring it out from the FRONT. That way, u'll not have those TinY snail shell hang onto the snail when u eat*especially around the wriggled/curved area of the snail*. Morning to YOU.
