God has given man the freewill to make decisions and choices . So man is free to choose which camp to belong. That is why you are here today asking questions! God will not force you to serve HIM but you must give account of those choices you made on the judgment day.

Spreading the message of Lord to the nation those significantly have to do with the years or time. The main point is that salvation have come and we have accepted the salvation of Christ.
