Hello house, I just realised that I don't have my passport photocopy in my file, I will be going to Ikeja to pick up my passport by Monday, may I ask what chances of getting it I have at the new VAC in Bank Anthony's way. Won't they act funny just cause I don't have the photocopy?

She needs to go the Gp and get a prescription for that . Cost roughly £30-£40 . Yeah , d r damn expensive in uk.
I had to take a particular as I was still breast feeding when I took my 7 months old baby home.i still contracted malaria in Nigeria and was treated even with d anti malaria tablets. My suggestion is to get a good antimalria tablet there in nigeria and she can start taking it straight away when she gets home.

Apart from explaining the whole issues raised on Paragraph 320(11) as a statement. What is the other compassionate circumstance that made your case successful e.g. Did you get the child involved with your genuine and subsisting relationship?
Thank you.

I didn't get a child involved as we don't have any yet but I made reference to starting a family explaining that it hasn't been possible because of the separation. As i said earlier, give them the whole truth and explain the strain the separation is putting on your marriage.

Also, remember God will do it in His own time so just keep praying!

They usually take up to about 8 weeks from the point of the appeal submission to send you the letter with your 19 week deadline. It does all however depend on their workload and the time of year. Have they taken the payment from your account? Have you called the Leicester Tribunal office for an update? This letter should be sent to the representative stipulated on the appeal, if you have a lawyer, it may have been sent to them

Hello everyone, I am so pleased and grateful for the things God has done for me, although it was a difficult time in the whole process because I was already in the Uk for seven and half years before I came back to Nigeria, and it has been 2 years and 10 months I have been here also. I finally got me visa stamped last week and I have picked it up, also done my tb test and I should be leaving anytime soon too. I want to say to everyone going through a hard time that God has a plan for you, up till now I still don't know how to thank my God for what he has done, I still don't believe my passport is in my wardrobe with my visa on it, all in all, please keep praying and don't relent in your effort to join your loved ones. God will bless us all. Thanks so much to everyone who have contributed one way or the other on this forum. @Justwise,@Girlfio etc God will continue blessing you.

I came around the time the law was going to change about the financial requirements, I had to make sure we meet the requirement before applying. So after I applied in October 2013, I was refused in January 2014 and appealed by February 2014, they didn't overturn their decision by July ending which is the deadline, so we went to court in November 2014, the judge ruled in our favour and they asked for my passport by December.

They sent the letter to our lawyer when we were going through the appeal, he then forwarded it on to my husband and I. Definitely worth giving your lawyer a call first before the Tribunal.

It means that they have taken in to account your marital/child status when making their decision, i.e they've considered the impact of their decision on any disclosed children based in the UK and deemed that the circumstances of the child status are not sufficient to supersede any other refusal points noted.

It looks like its a general statement. They are basically saying that any personal circumstances stipulated in your application have been taken in to consideration when the decision was made.

It could just be an error, maybe someone is looking at your application and has sent you this automatically generated message again by mistake.
