The constituion allows Sharia in states where there is a consensus for Sharia. The President cannot impose Sharia on the whole country without constitutional amendment....which is a long and convoluted process.

And anyway....why would Buhari jeopardize peace and security if he attempted to 'force ' Sharia down everyone's throat?(Do you think he would enjoy presiding over a disorganized country?)

For the record...I want Buhari to retire....but this your sharia scare tactic better stop. Last I heard...the constitution has not yet been amended or suspended.

BTW, we should be utilizing our "solar" energy more effectively than even this coal and hydro projects. If we could combine solar with coal with Nuclear(exempting Hydro<cox water level may drop anytime> and thermal<that consume fuel>, Nigeria will be a better place. Imagine the job these will generate---millions of job seekers will be taken off the "job-market".

But, last time, i read about China spending 25Billion to generate 22,000MW, and Nigeria spending 35Billion to generate 2500MW, though i'm not sure how true this is, but, it's time we focus on the "future" and that future is Nuclear.

Those countries are building more coal powered plants, do your own research.
