Beauty is good - it lenghten love. Beauty however on the other without right qualities is still zero.

I'd prefer one to be an asset, though. #beauty fades#

Did I hear som1 saying yes for d sake of ur unborn children? Hmmm I hav kids dat wil b world changers, brain workers, creative n innovative, dat wil bring pride to their parents,family, n nation dan mere beautiful dummies.

A coursemate of mine(a guy) said. I love women dat r intelligent n hav gud character, who can challenge me in terms of knowledge because I am going to b a prof n b gr8t n wheneva I can't go, my wife wil represent me n represent me well.

Beauty is gud bt it shud nt come first as a criterion. Seek first Godly women, wit gud character, dat r intelligent n den dey r naturally (nt artifical) beautiful whether black or fair

@op,beauty should just be an advantage..relationship&marriage no be the same.all that gilters no be gold.kaki no be leather..wats the point that you marry agbani darego,yet she clubs,cant cook proper food,she's disrespectful,doesnt respect you, on top that you are worried abt how your friends&other men look at her
bottom line:Even the most beautiful wife is not a guarantee that you wouldnt be looking outside marriaage

I think one important question is: Is beauty a recipe for success in marriage?

If that was the case, all those Hollywood & Nollywood people won't be divorcing anyhow.

Quite often, some pretty babes get along with beauty & may never polish the character side. They have always used "the cover" to see their book.

Then later, the unpolished character surfaces after marriage. Soon that beauty pales in comparison.

If she is the person you should marry, she will be beautiful in your eyes, no matter what.
Beauty is an equation. Time is its drumbeat axis. It is a bit like a RC circuit. It approaches a value asymptotically. Then, all of a sudden, it resets and begins the climb toward another value, approaching it asymptotically. Beauty's goal changes.

Only one person I know in the bible that beauty was ascribe to that is lucifer and what followed pride that lead to his fall. You can't have both beauty and character in a woman, so it depend on what u want in a woman but a woman of character is priceless. To me the important thing to look for is a God fearing woman with character not just a religious fellow.

Beauty and brains ain't mutually exclusive , a lady can actually have both and more.

Advantages;
*The future is safe, cute kids would be born.
*You would always be the envy of your friends.
*You can always show her off via your bbm display pic, desktop @work....etc
*When you're angry and she gives you that baby face...chai...your morale go weak small.
*Women wrappers would favour you. They will tell you things like...."na because of that your fine wife o"

Disadvantages;
*Men would continually hit on your wife in your presence/absence.
*Your insecurity would be high.
*Her maintenance cost might be high.
*It might enter her head, leading to pride.
With the reasons I see above I can't help but ask: are you serious?.
