also the type of receiver you are using may cos a problem
4669x fail to lock on this tp and many receivers are red on it

Change the polarization from v to h (that is if you are sure every other thing is ok) it should work.

Please house, my brother's decoder (Strong 4661X) is bring flashes of signal on mytv position but not stable effecting a no signal display on tv screen. But if I plug my decoder (Strong 4669Xii) it remains stable. Please what could be the problem? Could it be needing a software upgrade seeing that it dates back to 2011? Thanks in anticipation!
