I greet all of you Foodlanders, Ma'am Coco, Miss Herzumpther, Aunty Babyosisi and each of you all.

Wishing the marriage arrangees and the arrangers success in their endeavours!

Back to food, yesterday was kinda boring in that aspect. I ate the leftover from the rice I cooked on Sunday in the morning... Fast forward to afternoon, wanted to make a cool vegetative dish of Indomie noodles but eggs, carrots, cucumber and green beans was missing so I chilled.

Turning around, I saw Milk, Milo and I remembered that I had Sugar in the fridge. Can you guess what came to my mind then?

Tea?

No!

Garri?

Yes!!

But something was missing. Anyone guess?

Yeah! You're right!.... It's G'nut as a friend of mine calls it... Groundnut. Didn't feel like heading out to buy it so I took it that way.

Ingredients:
Five spoons of Milk!
Four spoons of Milo!!
Three cubes of sugar!!!
Two cups of garri!!!!

Did I hear someone shout diabetes?

Ha! Well, a Food scientist friend of mine says sugar is good for the body and I'm a very energetic and athletic young man. I gym, I cycle, I run and I work!

So do you still think I consume much sugar? I hope not!!
By the way, I took two large cups of water after then!

Three hours later;
I feel hungry again and I opt for the same rice and beans!!

Fast forward to night:
I don't feel hungry so I take two cups of water... But I'm still awake now and I feel quite hungry... Let me stroll to the kitchen biko.

First season the fish with (any spice) of yours, after steaming up, blend all these together

ehulu - roast on the fire
uziza seeds
uda - one stick
efulu
Fresh tomatoes, fresh pepper or Cameroon pepper with onion,
Utazi leaves (one or two leafs to make it a lil bitter)

That's it..
