Very true.

These methods will help my Southern Nigerian bros increase:

1. Only listen to African music
2. Fantasize only about African women and not oyibo women too much otherwise you will shrink down to accomodate Oyibo/Asian woman size.
3. Drink lots of water and don't drink any alcohol
4. Work out to keep the blood flow going and dance around whenever you have time.
5. Stretch it out at least once a day to make sure proper blood flow goes into that area do a 5 - 10 min exercise.
