The Peninsula Integrated Power Project (PIPP) provides power for the Lagos State Government (LASG) water works and public lighting within Lekki, Victoria Island and Ikoyi. The project is a Public Private Partnership (PPP) between LASG and Peninsula Integrated Power Limited. This project is focused on greatly improving water supply and safety by the provision of street lights. I've visited nearly all the places you mentioned and apart from the roads and flyovers in Uyo, there's nothing worth seeing or to talk about...

When people say go here and there to see something, it means they don't have anything to show.

Again, I said akpabio after the roads and flyovers, akpabio completed only 1 library, 1 football field and 1 cinema in 8 years.
