He was placed under house arrest in his mansion like Shagari for just two weeks and indeed released.

I'm very sure you haven't been to University of Ilorin before. Unilag deserves the first position but I think Unilorin should follow. Only 1 in 20 of babes here is "semi-hot", d rest are fire. Even you putting Unibadan(my former school) above Unilorin shows you haven't been to UI before. I don't even expect UI to be on d list. D school where only galz in the social science and law faculties are d only good ones..not even DT preferable but compared to dos in Science faculty or college of medicine, they are ok
