how did u get ur rice to be dry like that? my jollof rice never comes out dry. pls share ur steps, tnx

My dear, no vex. Please return the pot, let me dish some out for you so that others will share in it too grin

As for getting it dry, trust me, this is the first my jollof has come out dry. I guess its cos I followed the instruction of a chef who said the secret is cooking with very little water and gradually adding water as it dries up. So in essence, strict monitoring, no shifting to go watch tv in the sitting room till ur rice is all done.

Did you eat the bread too? I once sae a friend eating noodles and custard so I tried it. It was nice but i used very little custard.
