I'm a guy but can tell you that a few woman don't get those signs. And for some of these women who don't get the signs, the baby may even drop before they get to the hospital.

Besides, did you see the mothers legs and hands? That woman can resume farming selling in the market in a month!

The labor started right in her office. And she said she felt perfectly okay that morning.

That's all true for people with a "normal" life but we don't know her situation or what made her take such a trip in her condition. A woman's gotta do what a woman's gotta do in any situation. She could have other kids to take care of & cook for hence running quick errands. We don't know but God bless her. Poor thing.
