it is actually a gentleman act. there is no big deal nd dat may even make d girl give u some attention even if she will not accept.

I saw something somehow funny to me to the extent that I couldn't hold than to laughed out loud today. I boarded a taxi from dugbe to challenge Ibadan. One of the passengers( a guy) engaged in a conversation with a lady and later exchanged numbers. When it was time to pay the guy dipped his hand into his pocket and brought out #200 which I guess it was last money with him and the next thing I heard was for two of us. When he alighted the girl started laughing and told who asked him to pay. Please is it wrong to pay for the person you are meeting for the first time? Does she not have her transport fare?

if she did not want she would've politely declined or paid in his stead. some women!
and by the way its not bad in fact its just a polite kindness, that sometimes gets ungrateful backfires.

Hmmm, more of these kind of men indeed. Was I not in the vehicle? Why didn't he offer to pay mine? Some guys are just annoying anytime they set their eyes on the opposite sex.

Did she ask him to pay? Must a guy always approach a lady he sees for the first time? I am a guy and what the guy did was very annoying. He didn't even say hi to me as a fellow guy, he was only interested in the girl.
