Last dispensation, the PDP frustrated so many efforts made at reviewing some processes when the consider it won't be to their advantage.
It is worthy to note that the APC senators (minority, as at then) supported the following:

1. State Police
2. Regional/resource control
3. Autonomy to Local Government Councils
4. Scrapping of state INEC so that the National body conducts Local Council Elections
5. Implementation of Uwais' recommendations on the electoral act review.
