Which Oil theft? How much is involved in Malambu Deal? Do you know who and who are involved? Haven't you heard that Buhari isn't probing "the past" but will focus on present? Did you miss the allocation for the Subsidy? We are talking of 1.8trillion naira.
Bro anything is possible once we can reduce corruption to the barest minimum... If you actually know what we lose daily you'll weep

as usual, u be mumu.

Now, ds is the deal, 1.8 trillion is feasible and it cld be realised.

Stop ranting for attention.
Nigeria produces nothing less than 2.5milluobarrel of oil daiky, minus the ones ur mentor steals with his crek guys. Now, 2$ from each barrels will give u $5,000,000 per day. Multiply with 30 days u av: $150,000,000 which is roughly 30billion naira per month.

Now, if u curtail theft from ur brothers and maybe mark up $10 per barrel for this arrangement, u will be able to pay 25million people per month.

Now, like I said, it is a stupid idea but it cld be done.

We're gaining nothing from your lazy analysis and endless quibbles, stop already.

Now this is laughable. So you mean all the $ realised from oil per barrel per day will be remitted to FG and used to sponsor the programs? Oil Companies and others are charity organisation abi? They won't partake in the sharing of the proceeds from oil grin. States and LG won't receive allocations abi? Civil servants won't be paid salaries? All the money will be carried and straight to Abuja to fund the program? There is nothing like logistics and stuffs? Oga you are very clever...

dude, are u well? Is $2 what u have as a govt per barrel?

Where did u see the assertion of 'all profit made'?

I can see that u only seek attention by creating stupid and unnecessary threads all over Nairaland.

Where did the govt got the PTF funds from back then? Was it not a part set aside from every sale?

Ok....I now see... grin grin

The failed PDP and their supporters think they can discredict Buhari's administration before it even begin.

Buhari has 4 years ahead to prove himself. Folks who attacked Buhari and never voted for him, have no right whatsoever to judge him for thing that has never even happened.
Does anyone else think this guy has trampled on his own brain himself to utter the above trash in a democracy huh

I just downloaded, read and took a screenshot of all 20 pages of said APC roadmap.

I would be quite callous to expect them to deliver on all those. Those were actually written and graphicalized by good copywriters who had very vivid and idealistic sense of imagination.

I have always praised the PR and Media arm of APC, I hope they come up with some form of abracadabra to turn off to an appreciable level, the level of expectations Nigerians have bestowed on the incoming government.

My heart goes out to Buhari, who might not be able to handle these pressures and when they start pouring in, really I fear for his health.

Why has Osinbajo gone silent?

Why are there more news filtering in on Jonathan's loss and his campaign funds. Could this be a propaganda to quell the masses demand for 5k and free meals with the excuse that Jona finished all our money on elections (which might as well be a lie)?

Why is Buhari so party conscious, this is the same path Jona took (trying to placate everyone) and lost popularity with most of the populace.

The social media painted to me, an image of a man who is ruthless, who takes no prisoners....having read his recent interview, I must say this, I am not impressed, I have to point out though, that he made some statements that showed his selflessness and will to do the Nation good.....I hope his willpower sustains that.

Well, these are mostly random thoughts and I hope things pan out for the better in the near future.
Despite my convictions about the APC, a huge part of me still looks forward to a better Nigeria, a changed Status quo.

So help us God.

How long does it take to build strong institutions? A day or 4 years? Only poor folks are sent to jails without time consuming and exhaustive process of investigation and prosecution.

For the rich, Hmmm!

You are just starting. You need to brush up your skills.

If some states have done it on a lower scale, it will be replicated on a larger scale at Federal level. Simple.

We have seen it done before at lower scale. That means it is possible to upscale to a larger quantum at central level.

Opposing his ideas, when he has not even taken over the mantle of leadership, clearly shows some people are still too pained about the loss of March 28, that they are yet to move on or they just want to be holding on to straws and be criticising irrationally.

There are as many corrupt people in APC as there are in PDP.
Are the APC made up of Ugandans? Buhari couldn't end corruption as a military dictator and expecting him to do so as a civilian president is childish.
When the head is alright, things will fall in place.. It's better than having a leader who openly glorifies stealing..
