Question is, how can you be knowledgeable in politics or football when you are busy learning how to make a home or learning how to be a "slave" to a man you have not yet met?

The same way more men are knowledgeable in politics is the same way women are more knowledgeable in fashion or whatever you say they gossip about. They all impact the world just in different ways. The topic can go both ways. Intelligence is not by discussing topics men normally chit chat and scream their heads off over(that is mostly what these so-called intelligent male conversations are. Men sat somewhere, drinking and screaming about who will win what.
I know many men who are not interested in politics or football, yet you won't see anyone saying they cannot hold intelligent conversations. Your interests in politics or football does not make you intelligent.

Despite the saying that the most educated are Nigerian men...I have met a plethora or "educated" Nigerian men who can't reason to save their life. Just because you can regurgitate what you have digested from lecture halls doesn't make you smart.

Education and Intelligence are two separate definitions and you would think it would be interchangeable but, if George Bush Jr who graduated from an ivy league institution can be coined as the dumbest president in HISTORY.

Educated doesn't mean you have wits or common sense that is what smart is!

Sorry bro...but this is the most preposterous statement i have ever heard "most ladies are less outspoken". Where? And not suprisingly this post gets 15 likes and i can swear its from the girls who are the centre of this discuss because they would rather sit back and stare than be part of intelligent matters. And this is not because they are shy or introverts as my learned friend here would want you believe rather its because they have chosen to stick to the norm and most dont wanna break out. I will tell you why the girls prefer to gossip, chat endlessly about flimsy or absolutely senseless matters.
1. LIFESTYLE & SOCIAL NORM ( what you dont use, you lose!)
right from the days of the first man, it had 'unintentionally' been wrongly established that women are the weaker vessels and such, so every important activities of life was left to the man. The womans place they said was in the kitchen...and her only job besides cooking was making babies and raising them. Now this two activities demand some certain level of brain work but not as demanding as the activities a man carried out in his quest for planning a life for his family; struggling to farm, looking for a job, plan and set up a business, run it, handle the risks and all that a human faces everyday he wakes up and goes out to continue the struggle of life. In trying to meet all these, a man encounters hectic situations and has to use his brains to work his way through and out of it. Over thousands of years, men used more brain energy than the women, exercised their brains more and hence were more likely to answer and talk more intelligently havn encountered politics, war, education, exploration and the rest in the quest for survival. So naturally a man knows more about these things than women do. But this fact only holds true for women who have decided to accept that they are lesser beings and have finally accepted that their only place was in the kitchen. Unfortunately majority of women still hold on to what has been transferred from father Adam down to us. When civilisation started, it was the man who naturally took up all the science, legal, astronomical...etc aspects of life. They were the pioneers of everything so naturally they got better at it until recently when women realised they could do it and sometimes even better. So when some girls refuse to be part of intelligent discussions its not because they are shy, or less outspoken ( you don jam them dey gossip before? Kai! You go fear fear! They can talk. They are talkatives), but because they are still part of the majority of girls who havent come out of their shells, still part of those who are still holding on to the 'kitchen is my place, what concerns me with engineering, politics, medicine etc', lemme just pass, get my certificate and get married. They dont see beyond that, they dont wanna break loose from the chains society has bound them in. Its a mans world, men do more thinking, but if you wanna be smart, then get up and think, reason, read discuss and you'll sooner than later become part of the statistics that shows that men and women are equal in intelligence. Again....what you dont use, you'll lose. There are very smart women out there and even here in NL, that can stand and speak, talk and act intelligently...defend their fields more than some male proffesors. While most of the others prefer to show their prowess in the sex and love forums alone. Well, you can be better. Dont limit yourself, use your brain, exercise it
