The mistake has been made already, the deed has been done already for having felt a thing for your blood sister and couldn't resist her strongly.



Now bro, look for a bible believing church, listen, if you really want to be delivered of this, throw shame and pride into the gutters, approach the pastor of the church probably go with your sister, confess to God and tell the pastor this same story and let's see how it goes.

If he doesn't change his mindset and focus on things that could get his mind off , its still going be thesame circle but joining a true church and confiding in a pastor is a good start, this kind of addiction didn't come once and it's not going to go once either, any change he wants to make should first come from the inside, if he can tame he thoughts to start with and what easily bring up such thoughts then he can gradually let go of it, it a gradual process that will involve commitment and discipline.

I wouldn't want to preach to him about changing his mindset because I know for sure that the pastor will tell him(them) all that and that was why I ended up by saying "let's see how it goes."
