Kwame Nkrumah laid a very good foundation for them on electricity production/generation. First dam by an African head of state was built by Nkrumah.
There's absolutely no reason Ghana should lack electricity, unless they've lost Nkrumah's vision. Ghanaians should've built dams and power stations all over their country by now.
