Nobody can really tell your true intention, but i can say that I agree with you on the lack of road sweeping culture. Also, the culture of not marking roads.
It will probably take the second coming of Christ for many of our people to see anything wrong with those.
I will however credit Peter Obi with starting the culture of building gutters along the roads he builds. Before him, [b]even the roads Ngige constructed had no gutters, which drastically reduced the life span of the roads.[/] Perhaps Obiano will introduce the culture of street sweeping again in Anambra.

he built underground drainage can't you see that Onitsha - Owerri road close Motor parts or whatever. he covers that wide gutter. I hate all this paid otimkpu Peter Obi....

I wouldn't go chino way but if you're truly in Onitsha, I dare you post a pix of a particular spot and exact location along Awka Road, Limca road, old or new market road and i'd counter it. Exact place and position, ........yes and time too.

I wouldn't waste my time naming the roads for you since you dont care anyway. I decided to make it public for good and not for Chinos threat to my life and that of my relative in Onitsha. you counter it with that same spots.
