pls note: i don't care about who rules. But come on guyz, let's wish good for the government most of us chose. Lets stop hating because the person u voted for didn't win. Goodluck, was given 6 years to prove himself,he did his best, but nigerians felt it wasn't good enough, and they voted who they felt would give them what they want. So to my people(especially igbos and co) stop praying for buhari to fail because ur man failed. Stop saying words like:'shebi una dey find change, una go see change'.stop being tribalistic because it shows ignorance to a superlative degree. If u want good for the country u have toplay ur part.because there can't be progress if we want to withdraw our selves from the progress we all have been praying for. So please stop hating and support. One love

Surely. Let haterz keep hating.
One thing I don't seem to understand is can't we help him?
campaign promises are like business opportunities, invitation to display your ideas to move the nation forward as well as enrich yourself, for instance like the way he promised one meal a day to school students if you present an idea
That can minimize costs as well as satisfy the children with balanced meals, won't the gov't jump at it?
That's how they did during GEJ admin,
The man established youwin for youths an opportunity for leaders of tomorrow to show us their ideas, their skills, their dreams for this nation instead of them to think of how to support the programmes and spread awareness to other youths, them siddon criticize and totally missed out
Now na buhari turn and everyone is folding their arms to watch him fail?
God the day nigerians will wake up and see the big picture will be a day worth celebrating

You really don't have to say that. If you wont respect him as a man of God then I think he can be your father. By the way, remember the press always like headlines people will rush to read and this is one of them. Dont get it twisted, he is a normal man, Nigerian like you and I and can say what he 'feels'...

Please can someone ask Kumuyi if he prayed to find out if Buhari is God's choice

Kumuyi and Deeper life before you guys draw conclusion, seek the mind of God

Buhari is not God's choice

The way the Israelites rejected the priestly leadership during Samuel's era for kingship leadership, is the way Nigerians did.

Nigerians never consulted God

These pastors should stop commenting on national issues because they can no longer be trusted as being reliable leaders judging by their antecedents. They are a big part of nigeria's woes.

Please let us keep all this blaming or insulting one another aside. I want to urge everyone of us to keep praying for the new government, and the change we desire should start from us. Nothing good comes easily. The bible say let prayer and supplication be made for all men, first for those in power of authority.
Long live Nigeria.
We shall all eat the good of the land.
Shalom.

Yeah. Pst Kumuyi was being rather optimistic that the government would do well based on individual record. The best we can do is to pray and hope for the best cos politicians are dangerous people.

By using the word 'WILL', it becomes a prophecy; except you don't understand english language. The word 'will' connotes 100% certainty. Baba didn't tell you to misinterprete his statement for him, if he wishes to clarify he will do himself.

If I say for instance that I know that you will respond to this clarification, it does not mean that for sure you will respond. If you read the story well, well, sef you for see say the journalist wey report the matter call am OPTIMISM and Kumuyi sef used the word I BELIEVE.

Kumuyi, who spoke with journalists at Kaduna Airport weekend after presiding over a revival crusade, said he hinged his optimism on the two men’s past achievements.

He said: “With the past records of the President as well as the Vice President, I believe they meant what they said during the campaigns and I want to say they will really focus on the drive to bring the change they actually spoke about and I believe we will see change.

My brother when a respected man of God concluded that the president and his vice were ordained by God and then went on to use the word 'will', he is inadvertently prophesying. Of course implicit in the prophecy is optimism. Optimism because it has to do with good omen. Maybe our christian men of God need to be discreet in their use of words. I personally would have chosen should/can over will except I distinctly heard from God. My humble submission.
