Am sorry if all this questions has been super annoying, I can understand and am deeply sorry for the stress.
I just got this trend dis evening and I know it will be very vital for me as I plan to apply for my canada visa soon
I just applied to study for my MBA in canada and the school mailed me yesterday that I will receive an offer this week.
As I hope to receive their offer before Friday, I wish to ask with pardon, the required documents that will be needed during application as I don't want to give chance for excuse.
Thanks in anticipation
check part 7 of the thread. There was a page somebody posted various list of documents required. You might want to relax and learn other vital info as u scroll across the pages. I can assure you how much it will help you out.

We shouldn't encourage people to be lazy.
If I didn't read, I won't be able to answer questions.

If we answer the same questions 1000 time how will we learn new things?
And how will the thread move on?
Anyone that has made up his mind to study in canada should atleast do little research.

If u wan chop amala, you no go first boil water? Before you put the yam flour inside the hot water.
You're bleSsed too my brother but let's call a spade a spade. We're all here to learn no one is an island.

tnoula is just right. When you spare a couple of hours and brush across the thread especially part 7, you learn so many things and even steps ahead. Everything will also get a bit clearer and you can then make good questions. And of course the wonderful people in this thread will graciously answer you.
Tips: buy popcorn and eat as you read accross the pages!

But if u put the amala flour first then pour water 5 minutes later, the amala go still black/white na. It will still be edible as well, innit? Lol. Takecare. I'm not trying to spoon feed anyone but I just respect different personalities. Lazy is also a way of life na. No mean say the person useless, it just means that the person has no time for long thing. I'm just saying. Have an awesome day :-) lol

To be honest, I'm on this thread because I love helping people, I learnt a lot by taking time to carefully read this thread and I'm still not done learning and reading...
I'm not even applying soon yet I'm here to help when I can.

So its annoying when people just come to ask questions without even trying to read a post moreless a page. Most of these people only ask questions when they have issues or difficulty and they disappear once they get what they want.

@taiwokazx @akanni : Thank you so much for the answers on my husband to be. However I still have one question. Is the process of inviting one's sister whose name was listed on the cic family form the same as the process of inviting one's spouse? What documents will be needed for someones sister? . what documents do i need to gather if i am inviting my sister? and what documents does my sister need needs to show cic? Thank you.

What will the sister be coming to do? The spousal work permit is unique, your sister can only apply to visit, not work. She could apply for visit visa but you will need to prove you can accommodate her conveniently.
She will also need to fulfill the same requirement for a visit visa; evidence that she will come back, financial assets, job, and any other thing to support her application.

I am a Hong Kong student and just won a full cover scholarship (as HKD1,600,000 in tatal) to study in UofT, Canada.
I have submitted everything with the first application.
And the Embassy was rejected me as my personal assets/ financial status is not satisfied.

Actually, my mother was retired for few years, and my bank is almost empty.
I thought the Visa Officer will approve my application as I had provided the Scholarship document and admission letter from UofT before.
However...they just denied me cry cry cry cry

What can I do now?
Will they approve my reapply if I ask the Charitable Trust transfers 2 years amount (full tuition fee, accommodation , living expenses) to my bank acc?

I'm curious, what did you apply for at UofT that you got such a massive scholarship? I can't think of any program that cost almost $250k.

OMG! Are u for real? Seriously! U just 'quoted' someone and u apologised n still did same thing that was complained about.
Like was said earlier, if u could go through the requirements listed on d cic.gc.ca site plus additional ones here, u will get it right.
It's just not fair dt u saw d complaints n still ... I'm short of words

Hello my people, please I need your advice on something very urgent. I have been accepted into a Masters program in Brandon University (to resume in September 2015); and I was notified by the Faculty of Education graduate studies my admissions package was mailed out on 22nd of May, 2015. They also sent me a scanned copy of the admissions letter.

But the General Admissions Office is yet to send their own acceptance letter. I called the General Admissions Office yesterday, but they told me they are Still working on the acceptance letter.

My question now is this: can I print out the electronic copy of the admissions letter sent to me from the Graduate Studies Office and use it to process my visa(considering the fact that time is not on my side)?

Yeah! No result.

I'm going to Fredericton, New Brunswick. I didn't get any result on Wakanow and Ethiopian Airline. I couldn't pay with MasterCard on Priceline because Nigeria is not in the list of countries in the 'drop-down-menu.

@darefestus
you know the letter of admission is only valid for one semester, but they said because of ebola outbreak in africa, study permit processing will take longer than usual. 4-6mnts. so the letter of admission will be valid till jan2016, so as to gv embassy enough time.

Ebola outbreak since when? And study permits processing doesnt take 4-6 months(Na Pluto we dey go).

Anyway, I get the admission offer being valid till another start. If you don't want to exercise that option then start application in earnest (the first few pages of d thread has some info you need).

I wish you the best.

Hoping to see you in the fall.

Yes u can use d electronic version of ur admission letter... as long as ur name, course of study and other details are well specified in the letter. the VO will contact the school to verify ur claim. So u ar good to proceed...

Hi

I'm sure you'll be able to use the copy you have presently, as long as it states the school's information, your information, start date, course of study, and any other extras. Right now, try to focus your energy on your other required documents. As you said, there's really no time left.

Sorry for the repetition...just noticed the above post
