How do i open it? JOY seem to view it as advance. Can you refer me to a site where they gave detailed info on how to activate it? Should i do breathing exercise first before opening the 3 eye or should i just dive into opening the third eye?

That was helpful. Now, the "Thoth" part, am i to silently chat it while exhaling? I didn't get it. As for sitting crossed leg, i feel very uncomfortable. Can i sit down and do it?

The Bible is a Book and the ones we have are not complete, so i can say if God ever decided to add mudra in it but from what have learned in life, books don't always teach you all, they only teach to a point, you are then expected to use your Brains to understand the rest and do more research on your own and not sit down expecting everything to be handed over to you.

God created all things for the good of man and if there is anything that brings about that good, then it is from Jehovah God.

A new Bible was found in Turkey held by Turkish govt and in that book it is said that Jesus wasn't crucified but ascended into heaven. Now the Vatican are trying to buy the book which costs over 20million usd. Now can u explain the recent findings.

practice mudra of earth for 30mins in the morning then mudra of life for 30mins in the night before u sleep alongside your medication till ur r fully convinced u getting better.


Reply to ur first post +=u and I are not a nazi. We are blacks. They need fund to spread and also build churches like other religion did. It's there freewill. Xtianity and Islam started by donations. Allah or Jesus didn't give them billions of money. Think before u ask further questions. What am doing is making people know who they are. Making them realise the power they possesses.

@ Blastfinito or mellin. Pls I need help on dis health issue am having now though this health problem started 2001. And I can't really tell D cause of it. The problem am having is, during every rainy ☔ season I normally experience difficult in breathing mainly at night or towards evening. But once rainy season is over & we enters dry season the whole breathing issue will vanish till another rainy season. Right now if somebody see the way I breath at night while sleeping the person might thought I will give up D ghost cos am battling with my breath. I hv gone 2 different hospitals for treatment but no solution, some doctors will tell me it's common cold but still after medication & Appling cautions am told to do yet D whole tin persist. Pls is there any meditation that I will practice that will help me out cos the Dis issue is tormenting me & in future they (doctors) might tell me that I hv weak heart cos of D rate my heart beats now. Advice & help a friend.
