Oh, good... Please tell us, which school did u apply to in Czech by then ? How was the outcome... Any idea, the success rate of people applying for study visa at Czech embassy.

thanks....
No, i can't really remember the name of that school, though it was a language school. Unfortunately, i was denied. Reason: the course you want to study after your language school, is not taught by the school that offered you admission. Thats it. I don't know their rate of issuing visas now. Throughout my application period, i only met a student who applied before me but was not even in the mood to talk to me, hahahaha he was also denied. But trust me getting Czech study visa is not difficult. I was denied because i was a cool JJC. Whats your status currently?

Eyyah, I'm so sorry for the visa denial... Which year was that?

You mean it is very easy? I would be glad if it is .

I'm currently waiting for admission from a school in Czech republic. Thanks.

Yeah its easy if you prepare very well for your interview and be able to motivate your intentions to study in Czech. Just answer every question you are asked with authentic answers.

Hello house, A friend of mine was recently admitted for a masters program to czech university of life science CULS, and I need someone in the house to clarify us on:
1. How can he do the translation of documents to czech language here in Abuja

2. Must the tuition fees be paid before going to the embassy

3. What minimum balance should be on his bank statement (are the embassy officials concerned about cash flow, because he wants to just lodge like 800k and immediately print out the bank statement).

4. Which of the hospitals can provide the medical certificate.

Thanks

1- The embassy have their own translator as of last time I checked. Check the embassy website, you will see the contact of him.

2 - Yes, at least first semester tuition. If you have checked the visa requirements you will see " Proof of tuition payment "

3 - Check the embassy website they explained everything in detailed. Note that he must have money on his own account as well as his sponsor making two statement of accounts and you must show your debit card. No sane embassy ignores the importance of inflow and outflow of cash in a account. Avoid money lodgement.

4 - It is advised to use Government General/State Hospital in your state.

Hope have answered your questions? Goodluck

I'm not in Czech republic. I have never heard of any age restrictions or whatsoever so far you can convince the VO , you are good to go. Based on who have successfully gone through the process, you must provide your own statement as well as your sponsor bank statements. Only if the procedures have changed. And the embassy may give a written test during the interview, so its good to have deep knowledge about your course of study. If you do things write, you will be given the visa.. just normal as other embassies.

Its nothing more than what is stated on their website. No touts and racketeers around the building, The officials were very friendly, took their time to explain the entire process bit by bit.

Depending on the school, payment of tuition before interview is not mandatory. Translation of documents (basically Criminal record character and medical report) has to be done by a translator recommended by the embassy and am personally yet to do mine.

Based on what I inquire from one of the officials, the embassy are more interested in the balance on bank statement. letter of sponsorship from sponsor may not necessarily be translated

They used to be written exams. while I was there, another official told me that some students were currently writing exams, verbal visa interview commence just after the written test.

Hello good day all,
I was searching for details about Czech until I came across this trend. I need a little help here, I recently applied to Tomas Bata University in Zlín. I got a letter say I have my place but for my admission letter to be sent to my address here in Nigeria i have to get my Secondary School Certificate Recognized there in Czech, So i called the school and they told me i have to take my Certificate to my ministry of education get it notarized and after which i have to take it to the embassy in my country to get it legalized before i send it for recognition.
Please I want to know if anyone here passed through this process and if yes how long did it take for it to get recognized in czech.

I attached the letter i received but sorry i had to erase the house address

Thank you

by the balance on statement. Do you mean my own bank statement or that of my sponsor. And please how much is expected to be in my OWN bank statement, minimum. Bank statement of the sponsor is made optional on their website, meaning itsnt compulsory. I just want to he clear on this pls
