Lucky you. I get to to spend it in one back water place. No fireworks for me this year. crap. I wanna go home. Not many people know we are on the verge of world war 3 going by what Russia is doing right now in the baltic states. oh well. Happy 4th of July.

Today its weekend in this side of the world,so I decided to try one Saudi dish called Kabssa. My students have been nagging me to taste Kabssa, and finally I have.

Well it almost tastes like Jollof,though with a twist because of the ingredients like cumin, dry lemon.
I used sea food instead of chicken or mutton. Don't mind my grey over boiled eggs. cheesy

It tastes great, I must say.
