My little challenge is dt am nt stable currently nd wl nt be until 2mnths time nd my target is spring. So I wz jus saved just trying to make a plan B while still trying to prepare for GRE.

Bro, whatever shoe you're in at the moment shouldn't stop you from writing that standardized test to avoid stories that touch. These guys owe you nothing and u owe them nadah as well, all they are trying to do is to help you fill up loopholes.

You can find schools that won't require you to write TOEFL ( the last time I checked, Nigeria is still part of the British Commonwealth nations) or GRE (this most times depends on your chosen course of study), but writing one of em especially GRE won't harm you.

I already got my I-20 without writing Standardized tests, but I just had to spare that 40k to write GRE for practice and also for the VO that might ask for it (Its more like a proof that you are going there to study and not as an escape route).

In fact, until I started preparing for the GRE, I no know say I don rust... So try write at least one standardized test. It helps... Safe

For some reasons, I need to be in d US by April, if I put all my focus in gaining admission wt GRE nd end up nt able to write, I wld miss spring admission, so if I can get a school dt does nt require GRE for Msc, I can follow up dia admission while I still plan for d one dt requires GRE.... am only trying to hit a targeted date.

If applicants course doesn't require Gre they should try and write English test such as Toefl or Ielts or PTE

my dear since uve got a visa already. You go to the school after the first quarter u can transfer to any other school of your choice. your visa would still be valid as long as you follow the right procedures

That's exactly what I plan to do.

I am processing a school but their admission process was kindda slow this time, so I went to get my visa with the i-20 of the school that had already responded.

You have to have admission from the other school first, then get to the school whose i-20 you used to secure the visa and request a transfer with a "goo reason". They will put you on-status and then transfer your status to the new school. But you must present the admission letter and i-20 from the new school first before your previous one will release you...

I've not tried it yet, but I know someone who knows people that did it successfully that way. With prayer and faith and positive expectation it will be done.

Hello, my advice is:

1. Say u apply more than 1 school even if its 1 u applied to
2. Don't say a friend told you to apply, say u apply for ur own personal reasons, find a good reason
3. If its possible u transfer funds to ur acct n ur Dad's acct and say u re self sponsoing or u dad is sponsoring u
4. Find a better reason why u choose the school, find some special to say about ur department

5.Be confident and pray very well
