Governor Obiano has urged Julius Berger plc, the firm handling the construction of the second Niger bridge to expedite action in order to meet the time schedule for the project.Governor Obiano made the statement while inspecting work on the bridge at the Onitsha industrial layout end of the site. brooklyn49: That is why I was one of those that fought hard for Buhari's emergence. Nigeria has always had good policies on paper but corruption and impunity destroys implementation. Take for example the East-West road Wike has reached agreement with FG to rehabilitate.
