A picture of the Alaafin of Oyo, Oba Lamidi Adeyemi showing women praying in the front row with men is causing some really stormy reactions from some Nigerians on social media. In the photo, taken at the prayer ground during the recent Eid el-Fitr celebrations, the Alaafin of Oyo can be seen with his son, Prince Akeem Adeyemi, other chiefs and some of his queens (Oloris) at the second row. His son, Prince Akeem Adeniyi Adeyemi aka Skimeh is a member of the Federal House of Representatives, Abuja on the platform of the APC.
