This is a shame. I think the Police needs reform. I understand that at the moment, the country is in dire need of funds, especially stolen funds. Arase should meet with the president and offer plans to self-finance the police on some projects, whilst the government continue to pay their salaries. The police can start up a debt recovery service, but the problem is the corruption that will be perpetrated. However, these funds can be used to finance projects like barracks, relief funds e.t.c
