If the school says you don't need it if your barchelor's degree is in English, then you don't need it just get the letter from your school, one of the major reasons why I think many do not write this test is not for fear of failure but for financial constraints, if this is not ur challenge, then I'll advise you to just write the test if the deadline for paderborn's application is not near. Hello e-fam, so i have gotten a credit confirmation from DB. All my transaction happened under 72hours, I used the UBA head office in marina. Faster than i expected really as i only just submitted my form A on wednesday around 12noon.

My question is as regards to the earlier email from the embassy that indicated that i ''Please state reference in reply''. What does this mean, i am just about to send the copy of the confirmation to them. Is there a special thing that i should make reference to? i'm just being careful here.

What is meant by the reference is your visa application number. The number in the subject of the mail sent to you by the embassy after your interview.

Be patient.

When is your schools enrolment deadline? You had your interview on the 30th of August It's too early to start making enquiry about your visa status at the Embassy. If your enrolment deadline is still far wait for a month after interview before contacting the Alien Authority in the Administrative region where your school is located not the Embassy.

I intend to send through courier.Who is interested so that we can send d docs togeda tru courier on Monday? If u re interested,let's meet on Monday by 10am at checkpoint bus stop. Do lemme know on or before Sunday,if u re interested in sending d docs togeda.It will take just 3 working days to get to Deutsche bank and dis will drastically reduce cost.

I would've love to... But I dont stay in Lagos and no one I know of that wants to send his/her doc 2 DB stays in Asaba. I had 2 bear d cost alone... I wz able 2 send mine 2day via DHL at students' price. Hopefully it will get 2 them latest Wed.

But on a serious note, there was a time on this thread (I think part 1) where people would fast and pray not to get any mail within 2 weeks of their interview because if you get a mail so early, there's a 90% chance it would be a rejection. So I think you should even be happy for not receiving any mail...

On my visa, they wrote " ERWERBSTÄTIGKEIT NICHT GESTATTET " wc means " GAINFUL EMPLOYEMENT NOT PERMITTED ". Is anything like that on ur visas too? I think tourist or visit visa should have that kinda remarks not student visa. Shld I send a mail to d embassy to ask for clarification coz man must hustle ooo. I no wan hear story when I enter germo.

By the way, anyone going for visa collection, be sure to go to the consulate general with the original travel health insurance certificate; a mere online printout won't do. I learnt that the hard way.

The embassy do write remarks for the visas but there is an error in yours because with a student (national) visa type D employment is allowed.
written in the remark section of my visa is: BESCHÄFTIGUNG NUR GEM. $16 AUFENTHG FÜR 120 GANZE ODER 240 HALBE TAGE/JAHR UND STUDENT. NEBENTÄTIGKEIT
