Ameachi is being investigated by commission set up by the state governor and he is not compelled by the constitution to appear before it. But CCB is a tribunal recognize by the constitution. Maybe you're right. I worked in the national assembly as a corper and when the Senate are united nothing can stop them. They too are the law in this country.
I always believed that the only way for Tinibu to get rid of Saraki is to get lots of senators against him, but let's see how this plays out.

Tinibu has more supporters than Saraki, so it's obvious people will turn a blind eye to an obvious witch-hunt. The bench warrant of arrest was issued because he saraki refused to appear before ccb tribunal not because he is guilty and I think saraki already has a court order backing up his actions of non appearance .so the question here is does the ccb tribunal order supercedes that of a competent court of law?
