He says the Tribunal is not complete and doesn't form a quorum. He ends with "the tribunal should send the name of the remaining member to the senate for approval"

I see Saraki being arrested today! This was the way justice Umar went on an hour break on friday only to return and give that brave ruling.

Accordingly the IGP as we said earlier are still in order to arrest and prosecue the accused person tomorrow at 10am.

TKO.. This Saraki's counsel is not their mate. He has asked the chairman to adjourn the proceedings

Counsel asking for an adjournment to allow the court of Appeal rule. Justice states cases to support proper composition. Law can be so boring. All these back and forth would have been avoided if Saraki came to defend himself.

Is Saraki still walking freely? Thought he must have be inside cell by now because today is Monday. If it was just an ordinary person with mere 100k frauds, they won't even wait for court or arrest warrant.
